Former Federal Prison Correctional Officer Eric Speirs Sits Down With Former Federal Inmate Kyle Sandler for Ep 7 of Both Sides Of The Fence
This episode of Both Sides Of The Fence is one you don’t want to miss. Former Federal Prison Correctional Officer Eric Speirs is outspoken. He’s one of those guys always championing for the little guy. With unchallengeable morals the one thing other correctional officers know about Speirs is that he always brings receipts and this episode is no different but this time the tables have turned.
In this episode of Both Sides of the Fence Kyle and Eric discuss the incident that happened to Kyle and his domestic life partner on February 1, 2026 in South Florida, when Yoshua “D” Dewall assaulted both Sandler and his partner. The funny thing is as you can see from the police report below (see we’re bringing receipts) Dewall told police “He saw two faggots walking and did not approach them” however that does not explain why his belongings were in the second floor offices of Federal Prison Tips or the boatload of videos (including one from today) where he says “I had to get a little rough with Kyle” completely acknowledging that he did in fact assault Kyle and his boyfriend that day. Not only that but Dewall and his giflrfriend, founder of The Loved Ones Coalition even made merchandise celebrating that assault.
The other funny thing about all this is during the time that Sandler knew the assailant personally they were friends and he stood by the fact that he did not associate with snitches. In that vain, Sandler made a decision that may have been a bad one, and signed a “non prosecutorial agreement” so of course there was and will be no prosecution as Sandler has always been a stand up guy with good paperwork. But even after declaring they don’t associate with snitches they the assailant has been cohorting with the founder editor of the Human Intelligencer who is a self proclaimed expert in turning states evidence, informing and has several 5k1s. As well as a handful of others who have a long history of telling.
That’s just one of the many receipts found in this episode of Both Sides Of The Fence that you don’t want to miss.
