Back when I was cohosting the 10toespodcast we had an interview with Ali Zoe who said he was one of the original founding members of the Zoe Pound. Today, on the 6th episode of The Yard Podcast Kyle from Federal Prison Tips sits down with Junkie Junk and Kenny K two real true founding members of Zoe Pound. In this episode we discuss the history of Zoe Pound and how Zoe is not a gang but a celebration of the Haitian heritage for thousands of people across the country, but originating in one neighborhood in Miami. It wasn’t easy Kenny K and Junkie Junk tell us. They had to resort to things they didn’t necessarily want to do but that was so that Haitians, or Zoe’s could find a source of pride within their community. Today Zoe has become a pheomenon and celebration of Haitian heritage. In addition we talk about Ali Zoe who came on our podcasts and claimed he was a founding member of the Zoe’s and we found out he’s not even from Little Haiti he’s from Carol City, he was Little Chip from Carol City and was never a founding member of the Zoe Pound.
