Episode 6 of Both Sides Of The Fence Now Streaming

Can you be fired simply for being annoying? Kyle and Eric sat down for Episode 6 of Both Sides of the Fence. This is a one of a kind podcast where a former federal prison inmate sits down with a former federal prison correctional officer to hear about the ins and outs of federal prison.

In this episode of Both Sides of the Fence former Federal Prison Correctional Officer Eric Speirs details some of the atrocious crimes and ethics issues that some federal prison correctional officers have committed but yet they still are employed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Speirs was terminated, some believe without cause, with what seems to be a plethora of trumped up internal charges. There was no new crime, no DWI no PPP fraud no sex crime no nothing so why is he the one sitting on the sidelines for good.

Speirs has a long history of advocating for other federal prison correctional officers because he spent most of his career in the CPL-33 union a part of AFGE rising to both shop steward and institutional president.
