A Recap On Our Phone Policy

Many families have reached out to say they’ve tried calling our office and nobody answers.

Let’s make sure you’re calling the right number – we have 11 full time employees here at Federal Prison Tips, all of whom have been to federal prison. Several of them answer our phones Monday through Friday, 10am to 10pm Eastern Time, and on Saturdays from noon to 7pm Eastern.

Our one and only phone number is 407-434-0175. Simply press 3, or wait until someone answers the line after the various prompts.

Being the largest, most well-known and most successful federal prison consultancy on social media, and possibly in the industry, we get a large number of calls on a daily basis. But there are always receptionists available during our business hours ready to pick up the phone.

If you have founder Kyle Sandler’s cell phone number, he might not answer, as that’s not the normal business line and he’s only one person.

Inmate open house is 12pm to 7pm on Sundays.

If you are a customer who’s paid for email support as part of the consulting package, you can email service@federalprisontips.com. Those with the gold and above can speak to a consultant on demand, and those with the platinum package can schedule calls with Kyle directly.

Please keep in mind that every customer has an inmate or loved one in federal prison, and they also want their loved ones’ issues resolved as quickly as possible too.

Also, please remember that resolving cases takes time. We work as fast as we possibly can to keep your crucial timelines on track.

And as always, client or otherwise, thank you for being a part of our community.
