We’re All Fed Up With Prison Admins Ignoring Directives & Law

Of all institutions to be ignorant of the law, and to have public servants act insubordinately to their superiors, the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) should be the last on that list.

Deputy Director Josh Smith has made it clear that those who continue to act in violation of the BOP’s mission and directives under his administration will be held accountable.

Federal Prison Tips is here to help. We read your comments and emails, and in the spirit of July 4th, we have devised a short list of case managers and wardens who have told inmates that they will continue to act in violation of the law – that they will act in violation of the guidance provided by the director of the BOP.

The names and actions of these insubordinate public servants have been sourced from members of the Federal Prison Tips community.
