R. Kelly – On The Brink?
New information is developing in the R. Kelly case after his lawyer claimed he was allegedly poisoned by federal prison officials at the Butner Federal Correctional Complex in Butham, North Carolina.
According to the USA Today report, sourced by Kelly’s attorney, Kelly was rushed to the emergency room after feeling faint and dizzy.
He also alleges that Duke University doctors told him he will need to stay in the hospital for two additional weeks for a surgery to correct a developing blood clot issue. However, Butner prison officials decided to override the recommendation and take him to solitary confinement within an hour of his arrival.
All this comes shortly after Kelly alleges his life was threatened by Aryan Brotherhood members (ABS) as a directive of BoP staff, which most believe to be a lie.
Kelly continues to claim he can’t eat the food at Butner because the staff is trying to poison him.
Without substantiation from other sources, it would appear most of these claims seem to be false, and Kelly is grasping at straws to be granted either compassionate release or clemency as time in prison is clearly getting to him.
Kelly’s lawyer seems to be in his corner, acting as a mouthpiece to these claims and fighting for some kind of relief.
Do you think these medical emergencies are legitimate? Or is this all a load of BS?
