Federal Prison System Removes Training Slides From Website
On Thursday October 16, 2025 we ran the video above on Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook. The somewhat aggressive video highlights several institutions that are still refusing to follow the directives that Federal Prison Director William K. “Billy” Marshall III, issues on June 17, 2025 that directed case managers to “stack” FSA and SCA benefits and that FSA benefits were limited only to the earning potential from the sentence itself.
In the video above I reposted excerpts from my interview July 31, 2025 with BOP Assistant Deputy Director Rick Stover confirming that FSA was truly “unlimited” and not just 365 days “plus 30” as inmates at FMC Devens are being told.
I also used a slide from the official BOP training slides on FSA implementation in that video. Until I posted that video on TikTok, those slides were available on the bop website. A cursory glance of the website last night and again before publishing this story, they are no longer there.
