We’re All Fed Up With Prison Admins Ignoring Directives & Law
Of all institutions to be ignorant of the law, and to have public servants act insubordinately to their superiors, the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) should be the last on that list.
Deputy Director Josh Smith has made it clear that those who continue to act in violation of the BOP’s mission and directives under his administration will be held accountable.
Federal Prison Tips is here to help. We read your comments and emails, and in the spirit of July 4th, we have devised a short list of case managers and wardens who have told inmates that they will continue to act in violation of the law – that they will act in violation of the guidance provided by the director of the BOP.
The names and actions of these insubordinate public servants have been sourced from members of the Federal Prison Tips community.

Please comment with your experiences below. Feel free to send a link to this list to your representatives and to the BOP central office. You can reach out to them directly here: https://www.bop.gov/inmates/concerns.jsp

FCC BEAUMONT TX. I’m so baffled how our case Mgr Mr. Jones only works Tue thru Thursday 2 to 3hr at a time and won’t accomplish much. He leave lots of the inmates hanging without meet him. His excuse is “I have lots of work and we are shorts staff”. As of right now he refuse to enforce and ignore any new mandate.
We really new someone with higher authority to step up and show the camp administrators how and what needs to be done with the new mandate.
FCI Lewisburg counselor Rich don’t even open his door and tells u he put u in for RRC without doing it. He lies like a rug and he’s not giving the right RRC time. The entire administration from warden down rather write shots then paperwork to get u home
LEC CAMP LEWISBURG COUNSELOR RICH REFUSES TO TO DO ANY PAPERWORK. FROM THE WARDEN DOWN RATHER WRITE SHOTSTHEN RRC PLACEMENT. PLEASE REPORT FPC LEWISBURG
