Federal Prison Tips client Rod C finished a somewhat long, second Federal Bid for similar charges. He wasn’t quite halfway done with supervision when he wanted to seek early termination of supervised release. When we helped with his pro se motion for early termination (supervised by our attorney admitted into a federal circuit), the government was strongly opposed.
Rod worked hand in hand with our team and we filed the reply to the government’s strongly worded opposition. After reviewing our client’s reply, his federal judge granted his early termination. Yes it is very possible, especially in light of what’s happening on the ground with US Probation, that if you’re doing what you’re supposed to do, have over a year in, that yes you can still be granted.
