Chrisley Knows Best Patriarch, Todd Chrisley, may have known best from 2014-2023 but now that he’s Inmate 76200-019 in the Federal Bureau of Prisons his general lack of knowledge as to how things are supposed to go, continues to bite him in the ass.
As you may have heard both Todd Chrisley and his wife Julie were convicted of tax evasion, wire fraud and conspiracy and collectively sentenced to 19 years. Todd was sentenced to 12 years while Julie lucked out with only 7.
While mums been the word for mom, dad on the other hand has been bitching very loudly and publicly about the “deplorable” conditions at FPC Pensacola, a minimum security men’s camp in Florida. While other inmates would beg to go to Pensacola, Chrisley has taken issue with the food, the hvac, rats, mice and cockroaches and of course the “harsh” treatment of inmates and one of the BOP’s most lax joints.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, some inmates housed with Chrisley say that he’s arrogant and still acts like he is on his reality television show. In addition, when he’s not acting arrogant he is writing staff up, a right for federal inmates but often seen as a nuissance and something that BOP employees regularly retaliate against.
Call it retaliation or call it the interest of safety for Mr. Chrisley, but the BOP was rumored to have plans to move the reality star to another institution. This is common when you complain a little too much. However, once Chrisley heard he was moving he started complaining again and even alleged to have “nightmares” about moving to another prison.
Should the decide to actually move him it would most likely be up the road to FPC Montgomery which is equally as lax but often seen as one of the “crown jewels” out of the BOP’s now 121 active facilities (we no longer count FCI Dublin as it has been abruptly shut down).
The latest word is that as a result of Chrisley’s “nightmares” or possibly nagging, the BOP has decided to keep him where he’s at. Chrisley alleges that his daughter Savannah would have a hard time visiting him at another facility (although Montgomery is geographically closer to Nashville than Pensacola).
It’s good to see that Todd Chrisley refuses to let the drama go. Bravo!
