We Are Not Attorneys
All of the Federal Prison Tips employees and “team members” are full time, contract employees. Although we have former attorneys on our team we have no current practicing attorney. Any post conviction work is “prepared’ pro se motions for the defendant, “adult in custody”, inmate or “client”. The person typically responsible for payment is either the defendant, “adult in custody” or inmate or their “sponsor”. The ultimate say in the direction of any prepare pro se motion is that of the pro se filer and nobody else.
Unless otherwise noted in writing, traditional written communication or expressed explicitly in email or on this website at federalprisontips.com clients, inmates, defendants pro se filers will expect their work no earlier than 30 business days. For clients, inmates, defendants, pro se filers that have not purchased a consulting package or “post conviction retainer” (ie: bronze, gold, silver, total, platinum or medical gold) phone support is NOT included. Calls made to our office to “check on the status of a motion” before the 30 day mark will be billed at $125 per call. Prepared work will not be released, mailed or delivered until that fee is paid. Emails are always welcome, as are messages through our mycase portal with the understanding that they will be returned within 24 hours (Sun-Thurs) and 48 hours Friday and Saturday.
Refund Policy
It is to be explicitly understood that Federal Prison Tips LLC nor any of it’s employees, contractors or affiliates offers any kind of refund whatsoever after payment has been made. This no refund policy can be found on all Federal Prison Tips LLC intake forms.
Use of Information
Federal Prison Tips LLC, it’s contractors, employees and affiliates will never sell, disclose or otherwise use you or your “loved ones” information for any purpose other than completing the project we are hired for. The only exception to this is publicly facing comments on our social media channels which may be repurposed in future posts by the company.
Federal Prison Tips is a Company not a Person
Federal Prison Tips is a company, registered with the state of Florida and domiciled in Broward County Florida. Our mailing address is above. While Kyle Sandler is the founder and “face” of Federal Prison Tips marketing and social media it is understood that your Consultant is another, qualified team member who has been federally justice impacted. Consultations with Kyle Sandler start with one consultation in the “gold” package, 3 consultations in the “medical gold” and “total” package and unlimited access with a 2 hour turn around via email with the “platinum” package.
Payment of a fee for service to Federal Prison Tips LLC is acknowledgment of these terms and conditions.
